The project aims to achieve international promotion of the company's products, and a significant step forward in international markets.
The goal of the project is to start promoting the company on the global market and contribute to increasing the company's exports, and through the project, promotion was achieved at international fairs and B2B meetings.
ICat LTD. it has several products in its program that it believes exist in the international market
- "tCat-750" - this is a ship for transporting passengers with a "cruiser" with a capacity of 25 people and a sailing speed of more than 30 knots, and the company delivered the first ship in 2016 for a cruising company from Boston, USA.
- "babyCat" - an electric passenger catamaran that the company will deliver to the Mljet National Park within the consortium. This ship has attracted the attention of international partners, and the first talks have been launched with the Norwegian business and research community about possible joint cooperation.
- "solarCat" - a more technologically advanced version of the ship "babyCat" which aims to sail in more exposed sea conditions. This project is co-financed under the call "Increasing the development of new products and services arising from research and development activities".
Given the limited domestic market, the company sees its development on a global level, which requires international presentation and sales, which is significantly emphasized by the implementation of this project. In 2016, the company sold 4 ships, and they were delivered by the end of 2019.
The company's development plan envisages the sale of 3 ships a year, which will ensure a stable sales revenue as a precondition for starting its own production.
