iCat Ltd business is based on the development of new design solutions for commercial vessels, especially those for passenger transport.
The development of a passenger ship implies adaptation to the requirements of the client and the sailing lines, where certain classification and statutory requirements apply depending on the sailing routes.
Precisely for this reason, there are potential problems related to the adaptation of the navigation bridge, which has been achieved by this project in terms of new technical solutions of the modular shape of the navigation bridge.

Through the iCat Technology project, a technical-technological analysis of production processes was made, which required professional and technical knowledge of the scientific research organization, which resulted in the possibility of faster adjustment and conversion of molds in accordance with customer requirements and conditions defined by navigation areas. Given the above requirements, it is necessary to meet and respond to a number of criteria in order to design a modular navigation bridge in accordance with the rules of the profession.
The project includes the development of several design solutions with regard to the position and additional purposes of the section, the development of technological performance of tools for the construction of the navigation bridge and the development of construction technology with emphasis on optimizing the construction process and materials.
The application of the project results will enable iCat d.o.o. that when building ships it has the possibility of several different solutions that will be able to adapt depending on the conditions in which the ship will sail.
